Our Team

Neha brings over a decade of global experience across academia, corporate strategy, and project management. A prolific international presenter, Neha specializes in moderating diverse dialogues, organizing workshops, and facilitating academic and cultural conferences. Her vision for ICAW e.V. is to make the association a 'home away from home' for all Indians coming to Wiesbaden and surrounding regions.

With experience studying in an international environment and working across countries, has helped me develop strong communication and cross-cultural skills, enhancing my ability to connect with people from diverse backgrounds. These experiences bring fresh perspectives to my role as Secretary, preserve cultural traditions, and promote unity through meaningful initiatives and community engagement. In my free time, I enjoy traveling, swimming, and watching movies.

I have solid experience in the IT field and have been living in Germany for the past 8 years. In my free time, I enjoy photography and watching TV. I am committed to providing strong support to help enhance the IT infrastructure of the ICAW group.

Nivedita has persued her education in Bio-Medical Engineering. Living in Germany for more than 6 years. Finds passion in baking ,cooking and celebrating Indian culture. Vision is to take ICAW to next level for our new generation to know and celebrate diverse Indian Culture.
